I bought the dry cleaning bag so I would get the discount on business shirts, as I was told when I purchased the bag. My price has been $1.29 per shirt since I purchased the bag. As of today I was informed that the bag does not provide a discount and I was charged $1.59 per shirt without being told anything. When I noticed the price increase I asked to speak with the manager and was told that she was the manger and that I should have never received the price that I have been getting since they took over the store.



Price gouging is what I feel is happening at this location. I agree with Mike. pre-pay if you use this location. I will not be bringing my business here any longer.

I brought in a pair of slacks (3rd visit) and was told in advance what the price would be---$.99 Upon pickup, I learned that the employee that quoted me was no longer with Gap and that the price was now over $3.00! I paid and also took my other 4 pairs of slacks I had brought to have cleaned to my original cleaners (Oxford) I had switched from. You might want to pre-pay if you visit Gap to insure the price you're quoted!
