Need customer service skills and they need to train their employees on their rules very tense atmosphere hate it

I had a membership with Facelogic and I and every time I went there I had a new person doing my facial...They have a huge turn over. On one occasion I had a good one but then she was gone. They are stingy when using their products...They use as little as possible on your face and your face begins to get a bit raw. The final straw was when I was 7 months pregnant and asked for my membership to be placed on hold because I could not lean back anymore due to acid reflex. Imagine being 7/8 months lying with your head down and all that acid in your mouth plus the dizziness. They said OK and not to worry about losing the 2 facials I had paid for but not been able to use due to my complicated pregnancy.

Well, I have the baby on Feb and decide to go 2 days before mother's day to have a facial ( Much needed after having a baby and not sleeping for months) just for them to tell me that their policy is ,"you don't use it by the end of the year, you lose it". I spoke to the manager on the phone who also was pregnant at the same time and she flat out told it was their policy and that's it.



I remember very well asking them about my non used facials and telling then I would not be able to use them until the next year due to the birth and they told me not to worry.



The manager/owner of this franchise can decide to in favor of giving the facials you have ALREADY paid for ...it's her discretion to do so but preferred to lose a client of a year for a miserly 2 months and I felt RIPPED OFF two days before mother's day with my little baby boy only a few weeks old.



Thanks Facelogic for caring for moms on mother's day weekend! Horrible experience.
