I was so pleased with how quickly they got our roof replaced! The owner of the company was absolutely wonderful to work with, he puts a lot of pride in his business and it shows. The work crew was great, after they had finished the re-roof, our driveway was cleaner than before they started. I would highly recommend Ashley for any job!

A hail storm hit my area of Santa Fe,Tx . I had at least 25 roofers try to get my business. I was lucky to come across Ashley Construction. When I met Dennis Ashley, I knew immediately that this was the roofing company for my roofing job. Dennis was more knowledgeable than any of the companies I spoke to. He knew the windstorm guidelines and is very familiar with the insurance industry payment guidelines. He dealt with my insurance company to justify my roofing problems. He was able to successfully work with my insurance company in getting our issues resolved. The job was done to perfection. His crew went beyond my expectations. Some rot was noticed and taken care of right away. They cleaned up my yard, patio and driveway of all debris, nails and shingle waste. I would highly recommend Ashley Construction. Dennis obtained a windstorm certificate for us. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased.

I have had businesses take good care of me when I needed help, but Ashley Construction took that to a whole new level. From the owner to the crews coming out to your place, everyone was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. They took care of all the issues with inspectors, making phone calls, and justifying our case. They understand the insurance processes extremely well and are able to support and assist at every level. After some tremendous hurdles with the insurance (where Ashley Roofing stayed by my side the entire time, took care of all the paperwork, and patiently explained the details of my issues and worked though the aggrevations caused by TWIA) I not only got a roof on my house I got the best looking roof in the neighborhood. I know there are alot of good roofing companies out there, but Ashley Roofing truly differentiates themselves through their above and beyond dedicated, outstanding customer service and quality work product.
