Outstanding. As with other executive class car services, Mex Limo was professional, courteous, responsive. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport baggage claim despite our significantly delayed arrival. He helped us with bags, had the SUV conveniently parked, and had us on the road in no time. He asked if we had preferences re: route/directions. He helped us unload bags to the door. He was friendly and attentive but not suffocating.

I would use Mex Limo again in the NY/NJ area in a heartbeat. Prices are all relative - compared to a cab, it's exorbitant. Compared to other top tier car services in major cities, their rates are right in line.

We have used this service several times and they never disappoint. They always remember me to. I will totally use again.

Fantastic service! The most important thing when you are leaving your house on time! The friendly driver sent by MEX Limo showed up early (even at 4:00am) and with a clean limo, bottled water and quiet, quick service. Returning to New York from UK they were there at the international gate waiting, and when my partner's flight was delayed a few days later, they were up on the info and waiting for him even after a 2 hour delay. Pleasant, clean, on time, comfortable ride- just what is needed when it is needed. We will use them again in the future. So much better than a taxi.

After trying different limo companies I finally took a friends advice to try Mex Limo. I'm always traveling so it was important to find a company who was always available and on time!! Mex Limo never fails, and they do their best to make the customers happy. I've received holiday letters with great discounts for the past two years. Super affordable and dependable.

Made a booking 2 weeks in advance AND called 48 hours prior to confirm. No-one showed up or called. Had to call a taxi but missed my flight.
