Would give zero if possible. I just left a crappie voicemail message for them. Almost every Friday they don't pick up my trash. They never fail to send me invoices from PayPal though. I am done. Switching to a legitimate service effective immediately!!

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company like this 75% of the time they don't pick up and give every excuse why they didn't but don't be late paying them or service will stop with no warning

I initially became a customer approx. 3 or more months ago. I was notified that you were discontinuing service in my area.
At that time I had not moved here..so I disposed of garbage thru neighbors, etc.
I moved here...your company advised you were servicing my area, but trash cans were on back order.
I went back with you awhile.....still no trash can and poor service. I called several times...left VM..no one called. Today, 8/30/2016, I saw truck stop..look at neighbors empty Progressive Can...drove off. (my trash bag was in a white bag....54171 Hwy 433, Slidell, LA 70461....James Crews.....205-388-0257. Truck went south and about 5 minutes later returned going north on Hwy 433. So I got in my truck and followed for about 5 miles....flashed lights....you stopped....I threw a bag in trailer....told the female driver I was cancelling my service effective immediately....she asked address....I told her....she said OK. I expect a refund for month of August...because I had no service.

If I could give it zero I would!! This place is terrible! Every week it's a new excuse as to why my trash wasn't picked up! Well, this week they have just decided to not answer emails or phone calls. I tried to leave a voice mail and it automatically hangs up! Terrible customer service and terrible everything! I WILL be changing companies!

So far i have found that I love this company! They were really nice to me over the phone, and they actually come pick up my garbage as with Progressive we have had to wait 3 weeks before they would come pick up my garbage and 3 months before we got our garbage can. 3 phone calls a day and still no garbage pickup with Progressive but C&K actually came out and were really nice when I talked to them picking up some extremely heavy bags of garbage!

We had problems with them from the start. 4 times they missed up our payment records since we always pay months in advance. They have forgotten to pickup our trash. The women is rude on the phone when we had to prove that we paid. I am looking for another trash disposal company. We are done doing business with them.

Having been a customer for less than 2 months, we have already had to call 4 times in regards to our trash not being picked up. There's always some excuse and the latest is that it's my fault. Nothing about this company is consistent or clean. They never completely empty the trash can and you never know when they will pick up. I thought Progressive was bad but this is horrible. There has to be a better option out there. Sure do miss SDT.

They have been great! I have old trash cans from SD Waste and Tchefuncte, so I have never had issues with animals getting into my trash. They pick up on time and don't leave a mess! They also don't leave the trash cans in the middle of the driveway like Progressive did!

Unfortunately my regular trash guy sold his clients to c&k. I have been a customer for only two months and they have missed 3 pickups. Nothing I love more than picking up trash that stray animals drag all over my yard because c&k can't remember to pick up my trash. Don't worry though, they don't forget to send the bill on time.
