Of course we would need a plumber on a holiday! Called them and sent someone out as quick as they could. Scottie was great! He knows what he’s doing and worked to resolve the issue very quickly, but with precision!

The service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I will absolutely use them for my HVAC and Plumbing needs in the future.

Plumbing leak repair

I had two plumbing problems, one of which I had feared would be cost prohibitive to address. The plumber arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable. He offered to attempt to fix problem with the most conservative approach. It worked and the entire job cost me under $100. I was very impressed.

They don't have parts for hot water heater. Took four days charge for a new heater and never got a heater

I've used them twice for A/C service on my home. Both times they arrived on time, were friendly, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. There were thorough and offered suggestions on some easy DIY maintenance things to make the system last even longer. Did I mention that they were much less expensive than the estimates given to me by other contractors? Someday, when my system finally gives in and needs to be replaced, I'll be calling them again. Top notch quality!

Came within 20 minutes of me calling! Got my AC working right and the house is now cooling down. I am so grateful they fixed it and the price wasn't outrageous. I highly recommend this person!

I would highly recommend this Company. I have used them two times in the last year and a half. They sent out their man Billy the first time and I was impressed with his effency and honesty in resolving my first project. When I was faced with a bigger plumbing problem I called Jones Plumbing and requested they send out Billy. He is a hard worker, understands plumbing, and stays with it until he gets it done. Thank you Billy and Jones Plumbing. I would highly recommend you to anybody in need of a plumber in your service area!!!

As an out-of-state investor it is important to find good, reliable people to take care of my rentals. I had good luck with Charles Jones Heating. They were prompt and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

He showed up on a Sunday night when we could get no one else. And fixed our A/C. On a Sunday night. Thank you!

I usually perform my own repairs and I had only called an AC repair technician once before and we were price gouged ($800) to install a new fan and capacitor. I vowed to never again pay that much for AC work. A few months later our AC went out again. This time I performed the research and conducted some troubleshooting and discovered it was only the capacitor. I replaced it for $20. As luck would have it, another few months went by and the AC went out again. After calling a larger repair company out of Jackson, I was charged $92 just for them to tell me what I pretty much already knew. The compressor was still running but no longer compressed the coolant. The same company told me it would be $3,195 for a new outside condensing unit. I pretty much asked the guy to explain his charges and he could only say it was the unit, labor, and materials. I had already priced condensing units and knew they ran from about $800 - $1500 for a decent unit. For their labor and "materials" they were trying to charge $1,695 or more, and it was a low line unit. I guess it was plated in gold or came with a personal technician you could hide in the basement and give them bread and water until needed.



I called just about every AC repair company in my area and believe it or not, this quote was one of the more affordable quotes. There were some that were quoting $3,800 up to $4,500.



Luckily I made one last call and called Charles Jones. When I spoke with Charles Jones, he was a little hard to understand (I guess we may all get that way as we get older), but he really grabbed my attention when he said he could install a new unit for $1,850. We began talking about the other companies and laughed at how much they quoted. However, I guess if I had a fleet of trucks a huge payroll and insurance etc. then I might have to quote a huge amount as well. Of course I began to wonder if it was a low line unit. When he told me it was a Rheem, my next question was "how soon can you be here?"



Unfortunately, with this being a mom and pop business, he was attending a family reunion and could not make it out until later that day. Now keep in mind, this is on a Saturday as well. I was just happy to know that I would have air later in the day, so you can imagine my surprise when he called me back and said he had a team on the way with my new unit. Yiiipeeeee!!!



When the technicians showed up, it was his daughter and son-in-law. they were able to tear down the old unit and install the new unit as I watched. Of course I was curious to see what "materials" they used due to the info I was provided by the first company. As I suspected, the only materials used was a bit of solder, coolant, and a small piece of copper pipe. They were even nice enough to point out that the previous installer had not installed an inline dryer. Which is probably one reason my unit only lasted about 7 years.



In conclusion, the air works perfectly and they even gave me another $100 off, making it $1,750 saving me anywhere from $1,550 to $2,500 or more. Plus it was an awesome Rheem unit, new in the box.



DO NOT use anyone but Charles Jones for any AC repairs. They were great and I will always use them in the future.

Air decided to break on a Sunday, Called him Monday morning and the house was cool by the time I got home Monday evening. Very nice, quick, affordable and good work. I will call him again if the need arises.

I came in from Texas last week with my 96 year old mom. When I arrived home I discovered our central unit was not working. I called at 9:00 pm on a Friday night talked to a lady who answered on the first ring she got all my info. Within a few minutes Mr. Jones called told me he would be heading our way. He had to add freon to our unit. I could not believe the quickness, kindness and most of all the great price. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ALL AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS!

If your looking for professional and excellent service this is the place to call. Last month on a Thursday I had a pipe to burst causing water spraying all in my yard and under my home. I was scared to death! I called Jones Plumbing Heating & Air at 2:00m pm talked to Angela she was polite VERY Professional and caring. I did not know I was to call the city to turn off my water. She called the City of Jackson for me within 30 minutes of talking to her the city had my water turned off and she had a plumber at my door. He was very nice. He explained to me what happened gave me an estimate and several options to choose from before starting. All work was finished before dark. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYBODY!!!!

The most enjoyable experience dealing with this company. Customer service is so important and they make you just feel like one of them. If you need any heating and air service done, there is no way I would call anybody b4 I would call these guys!!!
