Calling around to different companies to get prices on transferring service and general information about contracts, and monitoring. This redneck picks up. Aside from having no people skills he treats me like I work for a competitor or like I am a criminal trying to get one past him. He won't tell me an exact price on monitoring, won't tell me about contracts, and especially won't tell me if they do monitoring locally, themselves, or if they sub it out to another company like some companies do. He could have saved us both some time and just told me that I'd be better off with another company or that they don't want my money. I would not recommend this company, they apparently don't even wait for you to become a customer before they treat you like crap.
