I just had an interview with these guys, very nice place. Honestly, I don't know why other people had issues, they treated me really well. The young man that interviewed, Tony, was very professional. They work with AT&T and DTV as their clients and take care of all the residential promotions for DTV. A few years ago I worked for AT&T and they treated me soooo well, they're an amazing company. I hope I get called back for a second round, I would love to represent AT&T again.

Solid group of people. This team sets the example of what it means to have an entrepreneurial spirit. Should apply if you have a passion for helping others and is serious about being your own boss one day.

I really like how by working with a smaller company, they are able to FOCUS ON YOU. The best way I know how to describe it would be like a "millennial start-up" culture with guys wanting to help each other out to all advance in their career. I love it!! Bonuses are weekly which is a huge plus too!

A business where growth is all up to you. With a merit-based structure, you have the freedom to advance your career development at your pace. I really like that.

I think what I enjoy is the most is the atmosphere. Everybody is excited and there's always music playing in the background. There's a buzz around the office that gets you motivated, and of course the bonuses and team nights don't hurt to have around either. Their only set back is the long hours you have to work. It's part of the process and I'm still learning how to balance my work and home life. I think once I get my feet wet with a routine down, things will get easier for me. Other than that, love the team and office!

I love working with this group of people! With the guidance and encouragement from the management team, I should be hitting my promotion into Management within the next 2-3 months. Florida here we come!!

Professional and encouraging environment with the management team. Because of their support and guidance, I was selected to go to the networking conference in Dallas, which completely opened up my eyes to the potential I have here. Really appreciate everything they've done for me.

Like the competitions they have every week. Hours are different, I get in around the office 11:30 which is nice not having to fight traffic, but you make it up with ending around 8:30. The team is definitely outspoken, which is nice not feel like you have to be strictly PC all the time, you can actually have real talk with the managers.

Super fast paced culture keeps things interesting for sure. They are hiring a lot recently because of the expansions but whats cool is that they don't look for experience going into the job because they teach you everything. I think the pay is most attractive, but it's only if you're willing to put in the work, just wish we didn't have to pay for the gas! The office atmosphere is competitive, definitely must be willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone which can be looked as a downside for some.

This company has taught me so much about how to master people skills. The bonuses on top of the weekly pay is unbeatable! I've been here for 3 months and already have gotten promoted and my goal next year is to be able to go their next Caribbean R&R trip they have in the fall.

First thing you notice, their office is really nice. There's a pool table in an open area where the employees were playing... something you definitely don't come across everyday! I liked how the energy was really high and that the manager was accommodating to me personally. After seeing the other handful of other people interviewing, I just hope I'm selected for the second interview.

The team camaraderie at Peak is something I haven't experienced anywhere else. It's a place where not only are you coached directly with hands-on support, but you are also 100% in charge of how far you want to go with the company.
