This is how your food should look when it comes out...just like in the menu! And it came out in very reasonable time! I love this place.

Wonderful Italian food and the bread with spicy olive oil is the best! The "Half Moon Pasta" is a favorite and the salads are very fresh. The only negative here is the food is very fattening & high in calories. You shouldn't eat here a lot if you try to lead a healthy lifestyle.

How can you beat the Service?

Talk about personalized attention! It was our first visit to this restaurant in Peachtree City, Georgia last night. The hosts opened the door, said hello how are you, the wait was an hour! The place was packed, but we waited in the area for guests and a manager brought out pizza's for us to munch on during the wait. Does this happen anywhere else? Our server, Amanda, was nothing but authentic southern hospitality to it's best! We had never been there so she introduced us to the restaurant, talking about all the special areas including the wood-fired pizza oven and the awesome exhibition kitchen. Her knowledge of the food and drinks was outstanding! We started with a pitcher of Red Sangria - WOW! Followed by 'Cozze Bianco' - mussels sauteed in a lemon butter with fresh basil and Pernod, this was amazing to say the least! My wife chose the 'pasta weesie,' shrimp sauteed in the same lemon butter with mushrooms and shrimp over fettuccine alfredo - oh my! I possibly had the best steak of my life - the Filet Marsala. Priced reasonably at $23.99, cooked perfectly and served with garlic mashed potatoes and zucchini that was tossed with tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil. I could go on and on about the rest of the meal, but you have to experience it for yourself! Amanda personalized the night by talking about the history of Carrabba's - the pictures and artifacts were really the family of the founders! Not just another italian place lined by miscellaneous things. Try the dessert rosa - fresh fruit lined with vanilla custard and white cake, topped with a strawberry dipped in homemade chocolate sauce! Ultimately, our experience at the Peachtree City location has placed a warm glow on the concept. I am anticipating our next visit!
