You should have seen how one of the managers or the store berated the employees. The manager was treating the woman running the return desk like a two year old and the employee snapped right back at her. The manager was slamming merchandise around. She made the customers uncomfortable as well. An elderly woman in front of me in line said that she felt uncomfortable. I did as well. We all have stressful times at our jobs but if she can't handle dealing with people, she should find another business. Note that I don't know this manager nor any of the employees.
