Went on line services to order a Appliance what a joke one of the girls did not understand that a road or Street could be called a Turnpike part of the address it continued after 6 times explaining and got worse with the zip had again 6 times I do speak another language if you have people on the phone they must understand what a town is or the ending of roads spent 30 minutes over the phone and she hung up and deleted my order when I called back for manager could not find my order so went to Lowes on the phone and they understood my Address. tried to call corporate Sears or e-mail they have nothing to help or take complaints
