After a month of communications via phone, text and emails they were so unprofessional as to try to deny ever having communications. Even after proof of said communications was sent to them. Run. Don't even think about it.

I live in N. AZ and was looking for a home in live-in condition in Utah Valley. I found a 1920s bungalow in Nephi that Lindsey Andrus from South Rim Realty had listed. I called to talk about the house. Her description of the house grossly misrepresented the truth. She made it sound like all I needed was a Rug Doctor, some cans of paint and a bucket of Pine Sol. When my sister, who lives in the area, when to see the house for me, she took numerous photos and gave me a lengthy report. The house is in no way, shape or form in livable condition and has dangerous mold problems, extensive roof damage, water damage and other serious issues. I would NEVER use this woman as a realtor. She told outright lies. I'm just glad I didn't drive 500 miles to see this "cute Craftsman bungalow". It was a hell hole of nastiness.
