I thought this was a very good, honest, and professional shop until last week when I took my car there. I live in Orem but I got my car to Payson for these guys to work on because of my past dealings with them. Boy was I disappointed! they charged $205.92 for diognostic and a battery then quoted me another $405 to change a fuel pump. My car is 21 years old with 240,000 miles on it,so i spoke with another mechanic who quoted me $180 to replace the fuel pump. Besides the outragious price quote what really upset me was the unproffessionalizm when I got in my car and the fusebox lid had just been tossed onto the passengers side floor, the cover that I had over the steering wheel to keep it cool was tossed onto the drivers seat and when I brought my car to them my gas tank was just below full when I got it back It only had 1/4 of a tank in it . I was really saddened by the changes in standards for the worse. I will never take any car back to this shop nor will I ever again recommend ANYONE taking thier car here. I have in past told many people to take thier cars here and bragged about how honest,fair and knowledgable they are, boy do I feel dooped by these guys.

I have a car that almost nobody will touch because its a bmw 325i. Not many mechanic in the area will look at my car and many have turned me down. But I ask Bri (the owner) and her said no problem. I was replacing my clutch and I thought I would almost have to take out a loan to pay for how much it might cost but he was actually really reasonable with me and finished my car the very day that it was scheduled. He was willing to work with me and did a great job. That was over a year ago and I haven't had any problem with my clutch ever since. He also recently fix my wiper blades that quit working no problem. His team really does a great job.

I have delt with Payson Auto Care in repairs to my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Hyundai Sonata. I felt that I have been treated fairly and have been told things that I might be able to so to make my own repair to save money.

they said i would be better of to go to the dealer. so i tried another shop and they had no problem repairing my car.this shop might need to be more updated to fix newer cars.

I used to take my cars to Payson Auto Care because it is convenient for me. The LAST time I I was there I left very unhappy with the service I had recieved and decided to try another shop. When I recieved an estimate I was very suprised, it was around 1/3 less than what Bri had quoted me, and after the work was done I didnt have to come back to get something else fixed. I know that businesses sole purpose are to make money, but I think That Bri is very very greedy. Do yourself a favor and research a bunch of shops before choosing one to take your car to. I dont recommed Payson Auto Care to anyone anymore.

After dealing with a nighmare rip off shop call A Ok Auto and racing, coming here was heaven, they where honest and straight forward with me, and the repaired the mess A Ok auto did to my car. Thanks.

Very friendly and efficient. Have used them on several occasions.

I have been going to Bri for ten years for all my auto work. He is honest, fair and provide excellent work. Many times he saves my money by suggesting alternate choices in repairs.
