Provided by YP.comNot a bad place! Attention to service and taking care of the customer. The stores are busy, and any issues are resolved quickly.

Provided by YPmobileI would not recommend this place to anyone. I take My car in to get a flat repair and it comes out with problems it didn't have before i went there. Then they want $200 to fix it. Save yourself some money and don't go to Big O.

Provided by YP.comTook my wife's car in to get an alignment because they were the only shop I could find that could do it right then. Also had a tire from my truck in the trunk that I needed repaired. An hour into it they called me and told me I needed new camber arms on the rear end of the car. They wanted 250 for each side. It seemed high to me so I called another shop in town and the guy told me that if it was 250 for the set that it was a good price, but if it was over 300 for the set to go see him. I called them back and told them that and he fumbled over some words and said he would check and call me back. He did and said he "was able to find another part and could put them on for 169 a piece". Funny how they can all of a sudden also have the same parts 140 bucks cheaper after a phone call to another shop. That was close enough to 300 so I let them do it. I got the car back and took it home. It was pulling to the right worse than it ever had. I got home and pulled my truck tire out of the trunk to find they hadn't touched it. Back to the store i went. Told them my car was pulling to the right and they told me that it shouldn't be like I was the dumb one. I also told them my tire hadn't been touched and they said well bobby (i think that was his name) fixed it. They called bobby into the front and he knew nothing about it. So I went and sat down why they tried to align my car again. I pointed out both problems with the truck tire (valve stem and had a hole). When they were done and walking back to the car the tire tech told me he couldn't find the hole and only fixed the valve stem. I took the tire into the shop and showed them where the hole was (it was a slow leak and not obvious). They took the tire down and patched it. Home I went again. Got home and put the water hose on it to find it was leaking worse than originally. So loaded back up and went to the store again. Got a different guy behind the counter to come look at it and he could clearly see it leaking and this time was a bit more apologetic. He took it back and they put a big patch on the bad boy and finally got it stopped. So after 3 trips $430 and over 5 hours at Big O I finally got my car aligned and tire fixed. They did give me a $20 gift certificate to be used on my next visit (not that I will be going back). I didn't mind as much the poor and incomplete service as that sort of thing can happen. The part that I didn't like was that I felt like I wasn't treated honestly, fairly, or like a paying customer should be.

Provided by YP.comBig O Payson - The first time I went there, there was a bolt in the tire so I just needed a flat repair. Suddenly they found a big gash in the side of the tire, so it had to be replaced. I figured it was probably a coincidence, despite the sinking feeling they had just cheated me, so a few weeks later I tried them again to check my brakes. They told me that all my brakes needed replaced and that my rotors couldn't just be turned--that they were made of some kind of material that would crack if they were turned. I have had them turned at Les Schwab before, so I knew they were lying.
I declined having them fix the brakes. When I got home I found that all of the lug nuts were loose. (Were they mad because I didn't have them fix the brakes?) One of the lug nuts was not even right (was to big to screw on tight). I went back and they claimed the original one was stripped, so they had done me a favor and put on a new one. They gave me the original lug nut which I was able to get on just fine.
I replaced the brake pads myself, and took the van to Les Schwab in Provo where they turned the rotors with no problem.
I would stay away from this Big 0. Go somewhere that is not trying to drain your wallet.
