i hate that the office hours are only Tuesday - Saturday only until 5:30 pm. and their is no way of getting a hold of anyone. i moved my stuff to aaa payson storage then i have not gone back and i didnt remember what my unit number was or how to get the gate to open and i needed to take some of my things to my unit and could not. And i called and left a voice mail for someone to call me back and they never returned my phone calls. It really bugs me it says that the units have 24 hour access but your out of luck if you need help or have a question. the night i went there the lights were on and when i knocked on the door they shut off the lights. It would not have been that hard to answer the door to help me.
