As a local, I can tell you - the quality of everything, except the atmosphere, has gone down. I guess they became too successful and forgot about providing quality food and quality service. The salsa that comes with their chips tastes like it came right out of an old tin can. The chips are tasteless - they're overcooked and taste like old cardboard. Their tacos are skimpy on the ingredients, and their service ... well, I think maybe they need to hire more waitresses so they actually can provide service your table. This restaurant is just a few blocks from where I live and although it was a 'good' restaurant about 8 years ago, the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill and I don't go there unless a visiting out-of-towner insists we go.
