Provided by YP.comI liked the owner who came out to do an estimate. But, get that estimate of work to be done in writing.
(Most are probably saying duh right now, I knew better myself)
I do not know what happened but the small dead tree was not removed and hauled away.
It was iffy on trimming the dead limbs on other trees. But, I also recall thinking that was part of the bid.
I just recall him saying to call APS. I finally got a hold of APS and was told they would shut line down when work was being done.
I passed that on to workers who said they did not have tools with them for the work.
I contacted the business re: the dead tree removal but did not get a response. I just got the bill.
Other than that, I liked the owner who came out to do the estimate and the workers who came out.
Yard is cleaned up now. Two trees and two berry bushes and rose bush were planted.
Extra's that were not in original bid was hauling off a small pile of wood for small outdoor standing fire pit, pallets, planting an extra cherry tree, strawberries and 4 irises.
I have a Lyme disease and company so not able to keep up wth yard work.
I usually get three bids in writing. I did not do that this time either.
I thought we were good to go.
All seemed to like their jobs and were pleasant.
