Chris is very personable but doesn't have time to finish a job because he needs to be some place else to work on a job.
The residential lock he did on the front door still doesn't fit well.
The vehicle lock he worked on took three different tries. He drilled the ignition instead of properly removing the steering wheel and replacing part. There is now damage to the steering column.
