Excellent service .Working a full time job the last thing I want to worry about is having to fix a leak at dinner time (or worse being wakened to do same) Also showing apartments on my time only to have people stand me up (wish I had a dollar for each of those) was not why I decided to become a landlord. Real estate is all about building value through years of ownership. It wont happen over night and it certainly wouldn't have lasted very long if I had to continue on the path that I initially started . Management Concepts has shown me that using their service is the most cost effective decision I have ever made with my properties. I would suggest their services to any one serious about becoming successful in real estate.
