HORRIBLE !!! The results, the service, the lack of professionalism...

The day they started the job we wrote them a check for 3/4 of the contracted amount. Then the costs kept increasing and before you knew it the total cost was more than any of the other companies we received quotes from.

Then they started calling and demanding the remainder of the money before the job was completed or inspected. When I refused to pay until complete he became unprofessional, insulting, and intimidating. He finally sent the plumber and had the system inspected but the refused to come out and show us how the system operates.

Then the results are the 'Topper' ... Horrible. There are so many areas on my lawn that are not covered by the system that my lawn is blotched with dead spots.

No return calls, no response to even a written letter. - RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!

We have been a customer for the last ten years with Datop . He have been friends and customers. We recently had an error on our sprinkler system. We called for service and a tech was sent out to address the problem. The error was not power to the system. He try to fix the problem by touching the electrical system in the house. His effort resulted in 2 plugs in the house blown and still not power to the sprinkler. Called and spoke to Tad who said this was not his issue, that we needed to hire own electrician fix the problem. His staff caused the problem in my home. Needless to say he has lost a long time customer, and I will continue to spread the word of poor customer service. IF this is the way he treats friends, can't imagine how a new customer would be treated.

They completed our lawn sprinkler system a few years back and I thought the price was fair and work was done well. I am most pleased with their continued follow-up on maintaining the system. It is truly a no-brainer to winterize as they send a reminder notice and do so again in the spring to turn on system. I have enough to remember so I really appreciate this and I know they will keep my system running well

Most professional contractors I have ever seen. Extremely pleased. The job was indeed perfect and the brothers who own the business are very professional. I have recommended them to several friends and not one fact, I am sure the recommendations have grown..Pricing is fair...If someone says they can do it cheaper you WILL NOT be as satisfied!
