I am at Pages on a regular basis and not someone who visits on a years to years basis. Pages may not have the vast selection of a corporate home improvement supply warehouse but aside from that it excels at almost everything else where the warehouses fall short starting with customer service at the building supply desk which is friendly, helpful, and timely. Everything in the store is stored neatly and organized well. If I have a question anyone there has been glad to help. The lumber yard help is excellent and gets you on your way.

Now I remember why it has been years since I last patronized this place!
Upon entering, I saw no one at the front registers. Toward the rear of the store, I noticed a mature male employee at the "service desk" chatting with a customer. When I approached the register he was near, he waved his hand at me and rudely DIRECTED me to another, unattended register. CUSTOMER DISERVICE - same as years ago!!
