United service is always exemplary. I have owned several houses in Paulsen over 30 years and have thoroughly been satisfied with every house service United supplied.

Terrible service. Missed their regular pick up. We are trying to cancel and now they they won't pick up our trash (which is building up). Very rude receptionist. Would NEVER recommend this company. Definitely do not know how to run a business and/or be customer oriented.

United Disposal has been serving Paulden for many years. The owners live here. Occasionally they fix a big pot hole in the road just to improve driving. I'm thrilled with their service.

I recently moved into the Chino Valley area and knew nothing about what services were available. A coworker gave me their information and said United Disposal was the best price. I called and got my container within 2 days. Unfortunately, I didn't know that my landlord was responsible for supplying waste disposal and I had to cancel. The office was very accommodating as I could only leave a message due to my work hours, and the container was picked up within 1 day! Wonderful service and will use them when I get my next house!

Very Happy with the customer service provided by United Disposal. I needed a 3Y bin when I moved to Chino Valley and found United Disposal to be the most affordable and very satisfied with the service they have provided.

I have always had such awesome customer service at United Disposal. Also very reasonably priced :) We got a new trash can just recently due to something spilling inside of it and we have to keep our trash cans in our garage in our community which helped so much. Thanks a TON !!

We just moved to the area and were looking for an affordable garbage service. I made a few calls (because I am always looking for the lowest price), and I ended up with United Disposal because of the price and friendly service. I was very pleased that United Disposal offered both garbage and recycling options for one of the lowest prices around. So far, I'm very happy in my choice of United Disposal!

They have always been friendly and helpful. A couple of times we did not get our garbage out fast enough and I called and they came back and picked it up. Great customer service and prices.

It's relaxing to know that our trash is going to taken and not left for another time. In all the time we've used United Disposal, there's only been once that you didn't take our extra bag. We know we're supposed to have a one can limit, but occasionally we have an extra bag. We feel it's a good idea for you to take it since most of the time we have half a can of trash. But, all in all, we are satisfied with the service. Thank you for your professional service.

I have had service with this company since 2005 and over those years they consistently forgot to pick up my trash, then said they had no record on my account of missing pickups. No credit was ever given to me for the missed service and they discontinued service over a billing issue without even calling me to discuss. Poor Service - Poor Customer Service - look elsewhere for your provider.

I was looking for a service that would "come to my door" and that was local. I found both with United Disposal. I was looking for a company that was also cheap. I'm on a budget and called around everywhere looking for the best rate. United definitely had it. They don't charge and secret fees or add additional charges on my bill every month. It's the same. Also, the secretaries and the drivers are all SO nice. I hightly recommend United Disposal if you want the best trash service in the area.
