I watched the owner berate his employees, "Are you on drugs?" Could tell owner was drunk also. Food is subpar average pizza.

Always on-time delivery and friendly employees! Consistent food.

Last Friday I placed an online order very late, about 11 PM. Order went through fine. Restaurant called about 15 minutes later letting me their driver was in an accident. I could either wait 45 minutes to an hour for delivery or cancel the order, have my money refunded and my next meal would be free. Since we only live about 10 minutes away and were hungry we offered to pickup. The employee agreed and said he would discount my bill. When I arrived, not only was the food hot and ready, but we got it for free. The employee was so apologetic. Kudos to Papa John's in Patterson!
