2yrs into a progressively worsening need to warm-up my 2002 Taurus in order for it to shift, and after 2 mechanics declared the trani DOA the Owner of this impeccably organized shop instinctively knew the problem was NOT the trani and in incredibly short-order pinned the problem to a loose electrical connection. Goes to show there's no substitute for experience and integrity. Bravo Top Gear Transmission!
