Not only were there roaches on the booth next to our table, which I would be willing to overlook, but upon leaving we were paying separate checks and they added on a tip gratuity that added up to $13.00. We did not notice until after we had also tipped $9.00 in cash. When we confronted them about it they would not return the cash tip or refund the charged tip. A $22.00 tip just for clearing plates. It's a damn buffet! So that's half the work of a normal waiter with twice the reward at least. Too bad these people are jerks, their food is delicious.
