Blum's is the worst bra shop I have been to. I have never been so offended or insulted on a shopping experience before. The owner and staff were rude and unhelpful. They also did not know how to perform a fitting properly. I was extremely dissatisfied with the products they sold me and they did not listen when I told the sales associate that the bra did not fit right. The way they treated the friend I had gone with was deplorable. They were a breath away from refusing to size her and made it very obvious they did not want clientele like us in their store. Like us being larger than a toothpick and actually having these things called curves.

I would have written to the owner or the management, but considering that the owner was the one who acted like this I didn't see the point. Stay away from this store. Unless, of course, you like wasting your time, money, and enjoy being made to feel small and unworthy of a sales associate's time.
