When I called Wright Appliance my refrigerator was acting up. I asked him how soon he could come and what a service call would be. He answered my questions and then suggested that I try a little fix I could do at home and save me some money. Thirty minutes later I called him back to say the fridge was working fine again. I offered him some money for the help, but he declined. I will always call Wright Appliance in the future for any appliance repairs.
