Ralph at Spas Direct has moved my hot tub twice now, and both times he's gone above and beyond the call of duty. Personable and honest, this company understands the meaning of customer service and professionalism. I struggled for weeks to find a company willing to move my hot tub, and within 2 hours of contacting Ralph my move was scheduled for the next day. These guys have the tools to do the job right and make moving a large 900 lb tub look easy. I wish more companies took the same approach spas direct does.

We called Spa's Direct for service on our hot tub. We had an issue with the tub heating properly.

( it was purchased elsewhere a number of years ago ) The service call was easily set up and we were surprised to find that an appointment was available the next afternoon. Very Professional !

Prompt and personable. He had things fixed and up and running in less than 1 hour. I will also point out that he took the time to make me aware of a shoddy previous repair ( done by the company who sold the tub ) and fix it right without any extra items that were not necessary.
