my husband recently lost his job and needless to say his insurance. he needed emergency care for his teeth and NWHC was able to fit him in. The appointment setter scheduled his appointment during the DR's lunch hour we assume, and the Dr was not happy. They made him sign a waiver stating that they were not to be held liable for any damage or wrong-doing for his treatment! Since the Dr was so P-ed off that my husbands appointment was not at the correct time he received no Novocaine, or anything, she went in, and just ripped out his tooth! Never telling him what was happening. My husband tried to leave as he knew something was wrong, as she was starting the extraction but she went so fast he never had a chance to get out the seat! Then the stitches she put in I am assuming were not the dis-solvable kind, where put in wrong and now has a hole leading from his mouth to his nasal cavity. and he was told he wouldn't have to go back. i took them out myself I figured he was better off in my hands than theirs again.
