Called on Monday about a broken dryer and got an appointment for the same day between 1 and 3 pm. The technician showed up at 1PM, found the problem and fixed it within an hour.

I purchased this item as a gift for a family member. Although I haven't personally seen the frig, she has informed me on several occasions of how much she loves the frig and would definitely recommend purchasing the item.

I bought the slate gray GE set of kitchen appliances and it looks beautiful in our "newly renovated" home after the flood. I really enjoy the color and quality. Each piece looks amazing!

I was referred to G&R for a warranty covered repair. All that had to be done was replace a gasket around the freezer door, you would think that should be super easy but no. They came out to diagnose, returned to replace but the gasket popped out. I called them back and they had to come to diagnose to confirm that the gasket had indeed popped back out. The guy wouldn't fix it and they had to return. The 4th visit was a no call no show. I watched their minivan, with the giant G&R lettering in the window, drive right past my house and never stop. They don't care that people need to get time off from work to sit and wait for them. I tried escalating the issue to the owner via phone and e-mail. They never even bothered to respond. They absolutely do not care about conducting solid business.

Not impressed, and not the place to call if you are hoping for repairs within a couple of days though they do come straight out to take your money but don't actually fix anything. I did get a service call within 24 hours and I was charged $75 for the 5 minute service call just to tell me what part was broken. I was supposed to receive a price quote on the part the next day and schedule a repair. I never got a call that day or any other day and it has not been repaired. A waste of money, and worse a waste of time that could have been used to call someone who would have actually done the repairs by now instead of waiting for G&R who just takes the money and runs.
