I just got a delux pedicure today, and had a wonderful experience! They were very attentive to my feet which needed much work I must admit. I have engrown toenails, and it's important to me that they give the extra attention to them (which they did). I choose a very simple design, but they gave it to me for free. That just blew me away seeing as any salon charges you five dollars for any design. Definitely on my list to return!

I had a pedicure yesterday with the lady with the foam roller in her hair. She was rough with the cuticle nippers, clipping off too much! Today, my cuticles are sore and two of them look like they may be getting infected. She also used the thing that looked like a cheese grater on my feet for calluses. I am 99% sure it was used on multiple clients with a quick rinse between.

I would go in and complain, but i don't know if they would fully understand. Obviously they cannot fix my over-nipped cuticles and I do NOT want another pedi from them.

worst experience ever... my na...

worst experience ever... my nails were bumpy not to mention the lady cut me three times. even managed to cut my skin under my nail. the polish was applied very sloppy. Im not usually the type to complain but I had to go back to have them fix them. So I went and they did look 'a little' better. but still can see some lumps in there and sloppy at the bottom of nail by the cuticle. she even managed to cut me a forth time in the same spot. my finger just kept bleeding. I also felt as they were talking about me, because one of the workers (female) and another worker (male) came to look and they started talking in their language and the man starts laughing and looking at my nails. Then the woman doing my nails would talk in her language and then tells me "im sorry, ok". I really should have asked for my money back but just thought Id suck this one up and just never go back.

I just moved to the area and was trying a new place. They were great. The place was busy but quiet. I didn't have to wait. I got a mani-pedi and the stylist spent some dedicated time on both my hands and toes. She was very detail-oriented and thorough, which mattered to me, because I hate feeling like I'm on an assembly line. The cost was pretty standard, but I like the attention I received and will be going back!
