I had Carpet Pros come to my house and tell me they couldn't install carpet because I had couches and some end tables in a room and my bed was on its frame with my dresser to be moved. I was told by the scheduler and Home Depot that they moved couches, beds on frames, and dressers if they were empty. Well the installation person came in, then I got a call from Carpet Pros saying they couldn't install my carpet because I had stuff still in rooms. The guy was still there outside while this other person was talking to me on the phone. Then the guy just leaves. So finally after talking to a nicer person than the one who called me I got the 150.00 restock fee taken off. Had to reschedule again because for some reason the guy refused to come back. I had to read to them my Home Depot paperwork where it says they move some furniture. 2 different companies that need to figure out what's going on. Also the guy was taking pictures of my house. After I told Home Depot in the order no pictures. So annoyed.

I purchased carpet through Home Depot. I took them 3 weeks to schedule an installation. They called on Tuesday and gave us an option of tomorrow installation or the end of the month (another 2 weeks). We had no choice but to schedule them for tomorrow. They schedule to be at our house around 8-9 am. At 920 am, I called them, they said it will be another 10 mins. Business101, Carpet Pro: try to schedule 9-10 am appointment and show up at 930. It will impress your customer! 30 minutes early, not 30 minutes LATE!!!
