Vasquez Appliances repaired our washing machine and sold us a new dryer. It took over 2 weeks for the owner to actually come out to deliver the dryer, after calling the owner 5 or 10 times (including having to call him on the morning of the delivery to remind him to come out to our house).



Any time I contacted him, he would make it seem that your phone call was a massive inconvenience for him.



After 5 uses, the dryer stopped working and his repair to the washing machine had caused it to leak. It took another 2 weeks to get the owner to come back out to repair the problems. His explanations of the problems were clearly wrong so he wouldn’t be held accountable.



In the course of completing the repairs, the owner was incredibly rude to, and repeatedly shouted at, my pregnant wife and mother-in-law. Then he walked out half way though his repairs.



Terrible customer service, faulty appliances, poor repairs, and totally undependable. Avoid doing business at all costs.

This guy came 2 hours late and looked at my dryer for 2 minutes and said it would cost too much to fix and then he tried to sell me one of his old dryers! He took the trip charge and left within 5 min. Find someone else.
