The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Very affordable! Nice place overall!

This business has become the WORST storage facility in this surrounding area and the people there now, are Absolutely incompetent, unprofessional, heartless, ignorant liars!!! They need to find people that can DO the job, who's lenient & KNOWS how to deal with customers (instead of stating their position & abusing authority!), compassionate & a bit More understanding. The previous Managers were terrific, considerate & genuine. Replacing them with the unset individuals ("who's coincidentally Always out on property, all day") was the biggest mistake this facility/company has ever made. Find Professional, caring people, they're LOTS out there, much better than what you have now!!! Geezus...
