I took a gold necklace for repair that I have had for over 30 years on May 17, 2014, they did not return my necklace instead they replaced an irreplaceable gift with a necklace of lesser value. I did confront them and of course they denied it. I strongly do NOT recommend them. I will not be returning to Susie's Jewelry store.
