We had been experiencing issues with the door switch on our Kenmore Front Load washer for some time and it finally died. The scheduling call was peasant and friendly, the in-home technician was prompt, personable and friendly. After verifying the defective switch, he picked one up and had us operational in a short time. Overall it was a pleasant experience. We have had service foo-pa's in the past but this one was pleasant and friendly.

Great service!! They have made repairs to my dryer last year and I have not had any problems. They also came out to service my oven and so far so good!!!

Yes just would like to express my feelings about Sears home service .Back in March my home was damaged due to a water leak coming from unit in the Attic water cause damage to my ceiling in the kitchen .Had adjustment claims call and tell me they would take care of Damages after Red Star put liability on them .As of right now September 21st I am yet to hear from anybody willing to repair my damages. I have videos of improper work done to my unit due to service technician. I do not want to take this to litigation but it seems to me like I am going to have no other choice .Customers be aware of their incompetent service technicians working on your air conditioning units. These guys will work real hard at pointing fingers at other people who are not at fault to deviate from any liability on their behalf.

I have an older window AC unit. I called for service and was able to get an appointment to met my schedule. They were very good about keeping me updated on their arrival time. The fix was quick and the repairman was just great! I wish all repair services were as good!

Fixed existing Dishwasher issue but caused another problem with the door.. Came back to fix but it's still the same....having a tech come out again today to repair . Hope this time it gets taken care of.

My ice machine is still not working correctly. The technician ordered a part but I received only part of what was needed and it wasn't the correct part needed. I will have to be calling someone out one more time.

Miss the Saturday service but all else was great. Service call before arrival was great. Service tech was professional and took care of everything.

Too bad there's not a 0 rating - as that is the service value Sears offers. I am waiting on the 2nd service call and wasting my time on an issue that should have been repaired on the first visit. Paid $325 for a repair that was not the problem. Now waiting for the 2nd technician - who is already - at 8:00 in the morning - running an hour behind on the service window. I will now be forced to pay more to repair a machine I would not have spent the money on if the repairs were over $300, and waste time off from work again. Way to rip off your customers Sears.

Technician was nice but said my washer wasn't designed to fill with more than 4" of water. It has a so-called "deep fill" button button but that doesn't do anything at all. I have extended warranty and insurance but because technician wrote it up as "working normally", I can't get replacement. It is a Kenmore (Sears product) and should be what I want and need. I am elderly, disabled and can't be going to washateria to wash blankets, comforters, etc. Even a T-shirt or two in the washer don't get washed right. Parts stay dry, parts wet. I would never buy another appliance from Sears. No wonder Sears is going bankrupt!!! They don't care about their customers anymore nor do they fulfill their warranty contracts. This is not first time I've had problems with their "warranties". I once had all my food lost from my refrigerator/freezer and they wouldn't pay a dime. I am making sure everyone I know will not buy appliances from Sears and asking them all to tell their friends and families about Sears' lack of caring and non-compliance.

Ice maker had to be replaced on my 11 year old Kenmore side by side refrigerator. Repairman showed up on schedule with all diagnostic and replacement parts. He was very professional and demonstrated a high level of capability. New ice maker works like a charm!

Dishwasher stopped working. Control module failed. This is a 20 minute fix to replace. It took 3 weeks, 2 repairmen, UPS,and countless phone calls. All personnel well-trained and helpful, but the system is grossly inefficient.

The service man arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly and replaced the main circuit board right away.

made online app. man showed up on time told them what it was doing and still came out and told me its the electronic board. I ask him if there was a test to preform to make sure it was the board and he told me there was not, but he still charged me the sixty four dollar charge. why tell what trouble your having and still come and cant enen check it? what a rip off

My Kenmore Elite washer did not spin, tub was loose; left my clothes soaking wet. Technician came in on July 15, replaced four suspensions and said the washer was okay now. Left in a hurry. He did not communicate with Sears the problem, left an open ticket which means he did not complete the job but yet nobody knew what he found, what he was going to do and yet he told my son that the washer was okay? After five calls to Sears Repair Center, I finally found out that another Technician was going to return on July 18; this was new to me! The Tech. did a messy job; should not represent Sears.

My 3 year old washer isnt doing final spin. I have called Sears out 5 times. Today's service to be the fifth. All have come up with different washer issues and none, so far, have managed to fix the problem.



I have been a Sears customer for 30+ years. I have always bought Sears because I could rely on their products. It seems that now the products are so bad that you have to spend extra $$$ on service contracts. Seems to me a new product shouldn't need a contract!!!

Ongoing issue with A/C Window Unit of not cooling. They have been out several times and just last week had to come out again. Tech said Freon leak, put Freon in and did not fix leak????? Tech said would last for a while, well I had to call next day same problem had to make another service call and can't come for 2 weeks. Sears has no local techs that come out, one came from Livingston, One from Nacogdoches, the last one was from Conroe. Why did he not fix leak???? It's time under you Protection Warranty to replace!!!!!
