Very Bad experience with this business, the manager which is the wife of the plumber took my permit for the project that I am building to pull the permits for the plumbing that her husband was going to do and then never returned the paperwork. I asked repeatedly to bring them to me and she refused claiming that it was too far away, I asked her to make a copy of the paperwork and put the original in the mail so that if they get lost in the mail then she at least has a copy, she did not do that and said that she mailed them, so funny that they only piece of mail to get lost was that paperwork, not only that how hard was it to make a copy of it? But get this, when it was time to get paid they chased me all over Houston to get the money, even interrupting a business lunch to pick up the money. But when it came down to returning my paperwork it was too hard. This business is very unprofessional and the manager is plain nasty. I would look somewhere else to get better customer service.
