They were to start the bathroom remodel the 1st week of May and be done in 2 weeks as my daughter was getting married May 26th. They demoed and then had a worker here intermittently and irregularly over the next 7 weeks. It was not done before the wedding and it still is not complete. Workers were not supervised and communication with Paul and Krystle were poor. Following several weeks of intermittent work, a crew came and got a lot done and Paul and Krystle did a walk thru and stated that they would be done in two days and requested an additional payment. After the payment was made that night, they did not show up any more that week, then they showed up one day a week the next few weeks and would do one or two small projects then leave. After 2 weeks of no work and no communication, we notified them that we assumed they had abandoned the project and we terminated the relationship. We never heard back from them. We cleaned the bedroom and bathroom. After shampooing the bedroom carpet, it was revealed that the carpet has streaks that have been bleached into it from the construction debri that tore through the cheap plastic they had put down and grout tore through and ground into the carpet. One of the light fixtures that they installed in the bathroom has a broken globe. The plumbing under the sinks was not connected. The paint job on the walls was just "OK" and needed some touch-up. The towel rods and knobs were left in the bathroom so we did have them, but needed to install them. We never received the mirrors or shower door so they had to be purchased and installed. We had paid for 95% of the project. I'm assuming that they have shut down this business, but they will probably move on and try to do business under another name, so beware of Krytle's Kitchen and Bath or Paul and Krystle Barboza doing business under another business name as well.
