Stay away from these apartments while Erica is "manager". She is such a nice person when you first meet her and will give you a great deal with the rent. After this if you move just to give you the best idea it is like a child playing to manage a property. My apartment was in horrible condition. Just rent it because it was in front of my parent's apartment and it was cheaper than other apartments around. After 3 months I don't even have my mailbox ready. Of course, I have not signed leasing agreement after 3 months.To have anything fixed it will take you several days of you coming to the office and finally find the maintenance person to have it fixed. Finally my father's car was towed during the night (1:17 AM) because the handicapped permit "was not hanging", it seems that it fell or simply forgot to put it. I talked to her to have this fixed and she said she was going to call the towing company. While at the impound I called her and asked her if I should take the car out that day as it was the day before Thanksgiving. She told me to leave it there that she will solve the problem the next day. The next day she did not call me, did not answer my phone calls she was not at the office and when I knocked at her door a young man came out ant told me she was in the bathroom (I heard her laughing behind the door). I said I was going to wait her outside as she told she was going to help me with this issue (and at this moment I stupidly still believed her words). I waited for an hour and her friends and/or relatives coming in and out the apartment. She never came out. It was not fair to have my parents car towed because the permits were there in the car and clearly visible. But the worst is when someone in charge is playing games with you. I have never met any person so unprofessional and so disrespectful in such a position.
