First time and last time I will ever go here. Went to get a perm here and she BURNED MY HAIR!! She refused to refund my money ($70). I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this was supposed to be a treat for me. My hair is short and thin. She left it looking horrible! She doesn't stand behind her work. She burned my hair and took my money. I didn't want to argue with her and I didn't want to get the police involved, so I paid and left. My sister called and asked if she would refund my money and she refused. What kind of person messes up so bad and then robs an old lady? Apologize and admit you messed up. I had to go somewhere else and pay another stylist to try to fix it.
