Called this morning at 8:20 for a refrigerator repair (1 year old fridge, freezer not holding temp, awful noise). The technician, Tony, called before arrival and was working on the machine by shortly after 11. He found a probable cause that did not involve new parts, showed me what he did to fix the situation, and at my request provided pricing for new parts should that be needed. I am happy.

We have had Paul, the Curry Repair Technician, come for two repairs over the past year: one to repair an old refrigerator, which remains in good working order, and a second time to repair a washing machine. In both cases, Paul was professional, quick to isolate the problem and to affect the repair. He arrived within the scheduled time and worn a relatively clean uniform. The price for repairs was fair. We are very pleased with the service and rate it 5 star service.

We had Curry Appliance Service repair (on two separate occasions) a refrigerator and a washer . For both cases, Paul, the service technician, came at the scheduled time, was professional, went straight to work and quickly discovered the problem. Paul wore a uniform that was presentable and after completing the repairs he returned the area to the clean state he found. I thought the price for each repair was fair. We are very pleased with Curry Appliance Service.

We bought a side by side fridge @ 5 months ago. They said it was like new and worked great when we opened it in store. Six weeks after we bought it we noticed it wouldn't cool right. Our frozen icecream melted and meat started thawing. They had their repair man replace a bad part on it. Now the fridge again is not keeping food cold at all! All of the food spoils way before its expiration date. We called them and asked if we would have to pay full price to get it fixed again being that they had "fixed" the problem while under warranty! They said we would because now it is out of warranty! If it would have been fixed right the first time while under warranty then we would be happy with this business! Will never buy from curry appliance again!!!!!!!
