Billing issues caused me to call and question my bill. The person in charge of billing was extremely rude and literally yelled at me through the phone. I was told a certain price for cash pay, but was billed nearly 10 times that amount. The representative said I can still pay the amount I was originally quoted, but they refuse to send me a bill for that amount for my records.
