If I could give them a negative zero I would. Our vent started dripping water so the cheetrock became wet and fell. Technician David came out and did absolutely nothing, David did not even want to go up in the attic and check. In less than 5 minutes he told me "the ducts where touching causing the ducts to sweat" mind you he did not go up in the attic or want to turn on the A/C unit on to see where the problem really was. He said I first had to fix the sheetrock move the ducts away from each other and that would fix everything. I went up in the attic and ducts where not touching and guess what my vent STILL DRIPS WATER. BIG SHOCKER THERE. Now I am getting a completely different company come out and actually fix the problem with my A/C. Very disappointed if you do decide to go with this company make sure you stay with the technician at all times so you can see what he is doing.
