Provided by YP.comI was having difficulty locating a pattern. A competitor suggested that I contact Hancock Fabrics. Upon calling this location, the cashier who had answered the phone and was to busy to help, passed me along to another associate. This associate responded quickly, located the pattern, reserved it for me and thanked me for allowing Hancock Fabrics to serve me. This associate was very polite, courtious, cheerful and certainly made my day!
