The owner is very rude and incompetent at his job. He doesn't even provide complementary "fragile" labels to stick on your package--you actually have to buy them, and they're very overpriced ($4!). I recently tried to send a package there by Priority Mail, and asked for some sort of tracking with to go it so I'd know it was delivered on time. The owner told me the only way to do that is to send it by UPS. This is not true. Sending a package by Priority Mail gives you the option to have Delivery Confirmation, which provides tracking numbers. When I tried to tell him I've gotten tracking with Priority Mail before, he argued with me and then said I could take my package and "go ahead and go." What kind of customer service is that?! I was very offended and took his advice and left. I will NEVER go there again.
