The good thing is the promotions they keep running. I end up getting a free car wash as a promo for oil change. I haven't had any major complains.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I've had my car washed and the oil changed there before, with decent results. However, today, I realized that unless you spend the extra money and upgrade your car wash they don't care! I had a regular car wash with my oil change and it was terrible! They left cleaning product splotches all over the car! When I brought it back to complain, the manager blamed me, claiming that I brought it in that way! Never once did he apologize or say that they would rectify the problem - he just continually stated that it was on the car when it came in! I will never come here again and I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere! Until they hurt financially, they won't change their ill-treatment of customers!
