They were on time, and friendly. They were up front and honest about our dishwasher and kitchen repairs, and they gave us a better quote than we got from our last repair service, and we will be calling them again for any repair services we need, and will recommend them to everyone in our neighborhood :)

My Kenmore washer and dryer recently broke down, and we needed them working asap!! We resorted to hand-washing our clothes for a couple of days, but it became such an awful process 4-person family's amount of dirty clothes. I called our local washer and dryer repair, and within a day they had a repair agent dispatched to our house. Their service was fast, friendly, and he made sure that we were aware of everything he was fixing along the way. Stanley was very knowledgeable an kind, we will definitely use this service again

The repair man came in time and diagnosed the problem within short time of checking. Most importantly, he fixed the problem that two different technicians could not.
