Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS BODY SHOP!!!!

Really bad customer services! Our car got towed to here yesterday. They charged us $500 ONLY FOR STORAGE for a day!!! Yesterday the customer service person said only $125 per day and today they charge us $250 for two calendar days plus $250 administration fee. They just want to make more money for charge you random stuff!! BE AWARE!!

I was originally given a two week estimate that turned into TWO MONTHS!! My vehicle had extensive front-end damage, and five weeks after my insurance company gave the body shop permission to begin work on my car, I went to pick it up and the AC did not work. I had to wait around for an hour before I was able to drive it home. A week later, my AC broke again, and I immediately took it back to the body shop for repairs. The manager said that my car would be ready in two to three days, but they held onto my car for OVER TWO WEEKS!

Every time I called to check on the status of my car, the staff was baffled, and the management was usually unavailable.

I very seriously recommend that you take your car elsewhere!
