In addition to signing for all of my packages due to my compulsive Amazon ordering he has also notarized documents for me, made duplicate house keys for me and held my packages and mail when I'm on vacation. He's the best. If you're looking for a mailbox service Mail Box Planet is a no brainer!

After a month of searching for a suitable company for mailbox rental and shipping needs, we came across Mailbox Planet and all of their positive reviews. I must say that all of the reviews are true. Allen (the owner) is very helpful and provides a very welcoming environment. The rates are great! This is one of the best businesses I've had the pleasure of dealing with - ever! Look how all the reviews give the place five-stars over the years. The reason for that is because the owner, Allen, has an amazing commitment to customer service. I first went here two years ago because I needed a mailbox for a few months while I relocated due to my job. But even after I found an apartment, I kept my "Mail Box Planet" mailbox. Why? Because it's like having a full-time "mail guardian" taking good care of your stuff. When I get a package, I don't worry that it will be left laying around the lobby in my apartment building, or sitting out in front of my door, where anyone passing by can just pick it up and steal it. Allen keeps your packages tucked away safely behind the counter at his store. He calls you as soon as it arrives and lets you know it's there. This is really convenient if you travel out-of-town a lot, as I do. I've also heard that there are thieves who follow mail and FedEx-type delivery trucks around to steal packages left on doorsteps. Luckily I never have to worry about any of that thanks to Allen and Mail Box Planet. Plus, Allen is just a really nice guy - smart, friendly and extremely efficient. Bottom line: this is just a well-run, excellent business!

I use Mailbox Planet for all of my postage needs. Allen will pack, ship, messenger, notarize - whatever you need. You can even buy stamps and simple supplies like envelopes, paper, pens, and tape. All with no line, a smile and a candy for the kids! I have relied on Allen for years and highly recommend Mailbox Planet.

Mailbox Planet is the BEST mail service store in Pasadena. The owner, Allen Sarkissian, truly understands the meaning of customer service. He remembers all of his customers and treats them very well. And equally important, he understands the shipping business and will give you the best possible rate and schedule for anything you need to send. Every other mail store in Pasadena (or anywhere else for that matter) could learn a lot from him. You won't find better, more friendly service than with Mailbox Planet.

Allen is amazing and always goes the extra mile. He is always very professional and I applaud his Integrity. Recently, I was impressed by a phone call he made immediately upon receiving a special package. His word is Gold and is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this business to all and they are located on the east side of Lake Ave between San Pasqual and California with plenty of parking in rear. Based on reviews here and on other sites, I chose Allen's "Mailbox Planet" and I'm glad I did! I've been there about a month and even with the busy holiday season, the service has been exceptional. Allen is always courteous and friendly, greeting folks by name. Every time I've received a package, he's called promptly to let me know; something I very much appreciate. The off-street parking behind the shop is handy for loading/unloading, too. Since I have my own fedex account, I've only used the outbound services once, but it was a streamlined process and the prices were very fair.

Location of this place is on east side of lake ave between San Pasqual and California. there is a parking in rear. Find it and it is worth going there if you need something notorized.

Mr. Allen Sarkissian, the owner truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. I'm still new and in my first month of my 12-month box rental but from the first day I met Mr. Sarkissian, I was impressed with his warmth and hospitality. He runs a clean and competent business and demonstrates the highest respect for his customers.

Very nice owner, good prices and a great location. I would recommend to anyone to do the 12 month rental. I am sure it will be cheaper than whatever you are paying now.

Mail Box Planet has the best customer service. They are very accommodating and will help you with whatever you need. It's also a great idea to have a personal mailbox there because they sign packages for you (unlike a post office box) and you know your mail and packages are safe. Some people have had their mail stolen from their homes and had their identity stolen. This is a good way to prevent that.

I highly recommend Mail Box Planet and have been a customer for over 3 years.
