I loved this place and then they shut down for renovation. They reopened a few months ago, but I haven't been there since then. I am not sure how things have changed since then. The food was pretty good, especially the coconut shrimp and some of the pizzas. They have a good selection of beer and they also make some good cocktails. Don't know much about wine.

The place is nice with the big magnolia tree in the middle. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue would be the seating is really tight to the point if you order food you can enjoy it while eating. The place is good because they have good service, good selection on the drinks and food. worth checking out.

It's hard to do the ambiance justice without including pictures but it is by far the nicest ambiance of any restaurant/lounge in Pasadena. Very romantic setting for after dinner drinks where the music isn't so loud that you can't even hold a conversation. The bar is set in an almost backyard patio-esque setting where at times you forget you're outside until you realize there's a tree smack dab in the middle of all the tables (it's a good thing) and you see the sky above.
